Our Mission

We are in the process of gaining our tax-exempt status from the Internal Revenue Service and have been assured by our legal specialist that we can expect to gain our 501(c)(3) status retroactive to the date of incorporation. You may take a tax deduction for your contribution to the full extent allowed by law. We will notify you if the IRS does not grant us retroactive tax-exempt status.

Our Mission

Every year hundreds of firefighters go out and try to put down wildfires all over the country trying to save lives, homes, and natural resources. The brave heroes that go out and perform these dangerous operations do not always make it back home to their families.

These tragedies are made worse because there is not always support for the families of these fallen firefighters. These heroes can be fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, sons, and daughters who will never be seen by their loved ones again. Not only do these families have to deal with the emotional turmoil these tragedies bring, but also the financial fallout that comes with these situations.

The Organization of Firefighting Contractors and Affiliates Fallen Firefighter Foundation seeks to help in these situations. This non-profit was started to help alleviate financial burdens for the families who undergo these tragedies. While the money will not help bring back these fallen heroes or even take away the pain of the loved ones who will mourn them, we seek to help alleviate the financial stress for these families. Through these donations, we will be able to come together as a community to help those that need it most in their time of need.
